By accepting a quotation or placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.

These terms apply to all quotations, orders, supply and installation services provided by Mgm Worktops Ltd. We reserve the right to update these terms periodically.
Guidance and Advice
We provide honest and transparent advice regarding stone worktops and related materials.
Verbal guidance is provided in good faith; however, written communications (email or documented quotation) shall take precedence in the event of any dispute.
Samples and Stone Variation
Stone is a natural product. Variations in colour, tone, veining and markings are inherent characteristics and not defects.
Differences may occur between samples, slabs viewed and final installations. Customers acknowledge and accept natural variation prior to order.
Estimates, Quotations and Pricing
Estimates and Quotations
Estimates are based on measurements and information provided by the customer.
Additional work including upstands, splashbacks, drainer grooves, windowsills or shelves will incur extra charges unless confirmed in writing.
Removal of existing worktops is not included unless requested. Current charge: £450 + VAT (including disposal).
Prices
All prices are subject to change prior to acceptance of a written quotation.
Payment Terms
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of order.
- Final payment must clear in full prior to or on day of installation.
All goods remain the property of Mgm Worktops Ltd until paid for in full.
Changes to materials after delivery may incur a restocking charge of £150 + VAT or supplier-imposed fees.
Measuring, Fabrication and Installation
- Units must be complete, level and secure prior to measure / templating.
- Sink, hob and tap locations must be confirmed prior to fabrication.
- Wall finishing should be completed before measurement.
- Fabrication typically takes 7–10 working days after templating.
We do not provide plumbing, gas or electrical services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mgm Worktops Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
Liability for defects is limited to repair or replacement at our discretion.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability which cannot be excluded under English law.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
